The hibachi is also delicious and full of flavor. Everyone on staff is very attentive and makes sure you are having the best experience. ”

The service tends to be hit or miss but always prompt. The chefs are always phenomenal. They are often reluctant to seat parties of two at the grilles but insist that you'll wait if you prefer your food cooked in front of you. Overall Mt. Fuji is one of my fav Hibachi restaurants. It's a cool vibe and well decorated. ”

“ I came at 5pm to avoid the crowds. Yay! Seated very quickly. Very cute water feature with Koi fish swimming around and cute statues and beautiful wooden table. You can eat at the bar or you can eat at a hibachi table or you could dine in a regular table. So I said I had a regular cable and ordered Takoyaki and salmon teriyaki. He came with a ginger salad and miso soup. The salmon was gigantic and very flavorful and tasted so fresh. Everything was flavorful and tasted fresh. Service was great you had two different waiters per table making sure everything was OK. The drinks for topped! ”
